Returns & Refunds
Thanks for shopping at Pain-vanisher. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
1. Email us your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will refund you for return shipment cost. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice (Preferable Postal Services).
Used and Open Box Return Policy
Please note that the return policy on open box products differs from new products. Defective or damaged open box products must be reported to Pain-vanisher within 2 business days of delivery. If you would like to return a non-defective open box item, you are responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order, less any international taxes or import duties incurred. For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
Items must be returned to us at our warehouse address within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this time will not be accepted. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of Pain-vanisher.
